To earn the highest level of pay, our cleaners must be rated Very Good or Excellent by our customers using our Satisfaction Survey. This allows us to retain the best cleaners for several years, and encourages others to move on and work for other cleaning companies.

We take your safety and security seriously. With JANISTAR as your cleaning company, you can rest assured that the person cleaning your office is uniformed, has been background-checked, and meets our highest standards and requirements, some of which are listed on on our Employment page.

No Long-Term Contract

We're confident that the value of our service will sell itself, year after year. Therefore, we do not require you to commit to a long-term contract. Our straight-forward Agreement allows our customers to cancel at any time with no fine print. Look carefully at any cleaning proposals you receive, especially those from janitorial franchises or other national companies. They may offer a low price, but often dictate a difficult cancellation process with punitive terms.

Wounded Warrior Project

For each new janitorial customer that begins service in 2013 and 2014, JANISTAR pledges to donate $100 to Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that helps wounded military service members and their families.  As a new customer, you will receive a letter from Wounded Warrior Project, confirming that a donation has been made specifically in your company's name.
